What is the LeadCulture Accelerator Cohort?


In preparation for her new book Culture Matters, Jenni created a four-month LeadCulture Accelerator Cohort, during which she will exclusively facilitate five LIVE sessions of the LeadCulture Framework. In each session, Jenni will provide coaching and real-time feedback so that at the end of our time together, you can confidently execute a custom culture strategy in your organization. 


Starting on January 16th, Jenni will guide you through a detailed exploration of the essential principles and practices that can transform your organization’s culture and leadership approach. The accelerator will run until May 15th, with bonus dates for a virtual book launch party and Culture Matters Summit.


You’ll leave the Accelerator Cohort with actionable insights and strategies to enhance your leadership and drive a culture strategy in your organization with a completed LeadCulture Framework. Each Session will last 90 minutes with 60 minutes of live facilitation by Jenni followed by 30 minutes of open Q+A.

Here is what you can expect: 


Session Details
  • Length: Each Zoom session is 90 minutes—60 minutes of presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
  • Schedule: The program runs from January 16th to May 15th, with most sessions held on Thursdays.
  • Recordings: Can’t make a live session? No problem! All sessions are recorded and will be available for you to access anytime inside the course.
