Do I need to have my camera on?
We recommend removing distractions and being able to engage fully with your camera on so that you can make the most of the experience. We understand that from time to time you may need to turn your camera off but encourage you to plan to have your camera on to be able to engage well.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
Come ready to workshop your existing staff values. We’ll guide you step by step, but arriving with some of your organizations desired values will help you take your values from aspirational to operational.
